Ankrom Moisan Architects have requested early assistance for a project at 1931 N Williams Ave:

A Pre-Applicant Conference has been requested by Albina Riverview LLC for a development on N Ivy Street:

Works Partnership have applied for a Type II Land Division Review for a project at 5711 E Burnside:

Create 5 lots for attached town house development. With 2 adjustments 1 for front setback, and one to increase max lot coverage from 65% to 67.5%.

River City Companies have applied for a building permit for the Kenton Mixed Use Phase III at 8408 N Brandon Avenue:

New four story apartment building with courtyard and balcony at center, 37 units, 2 retail spaces on main floor, parking at east and north sides, detached trash.

Carleton Hart Architecture‘s Miracles Central project at NE 2nd and Wasco is under review for permit:

New 6 story mixed use building. 1st floor consists of offices and common areas, floors 2-6 contain 47 apartment units, associated site work included, stormwater facilities

Under construction in the Central Eastside: 6th and Davis (images)

A mixed use retail and creative office building is under construction at NE 6th and Davis in the Central Eastside. The 5 story building will have 1,175 of retail space on the ground floor, which is currently being marketed to potential restaurant tenants. The 4 floors above will each have almost 5,000 sq ft of office space. Exterior materials include wood at the ground floor, and glass curtain wall with metal panels at the floors above. The interior spaces will have exposed glulam beams at the ceiling. 7 vehicular parking spaces are provided on the ground floor. 14 long term bicycle space are proposed in the building, and every floor will have a shower for the use of bicycle commuters.

Langano Apartments

The Langano Apartments, a project by Works Partnership Architecture, are under construction at 1445 SE Hawthorne Blvd. A building permit was issued in August for a new four story, 30 unit apartment building with retail space on the ground floor. The project replaces Jarra’s Ethiopian Restaurant and the Langano Lounge, which closed in May. The restaurant’s owners, Petros Jarra and Ainalem Sultessa, retain ownership of the development.

Works Partnership have scheduled a Pre-Application Conference [PDF] with the Bureau of Development Services to discuss the following proposal:

Pre-Application Conference to discuss a Type III Design Review for a new 4-story commercial building (existing building will be demolished). The new building will include parking and a roof deck.

The site is at the intersection of SE Stark and Sandy. It is currently occupied by a single story office building, with associated surface parking.
