Proposal is for a net zero energy 16-unit apartment complex developed in four buildings organized around a central courtyard and a commons buildiing. Project, named Tillamook Row, includes one, two and three bedroom units with covered bike parking and garbage/recycling as well as surface parking lot with seven parking spaces.

Riverplace Parcel 3 has been submitted for Type IIx Design Review by Ankrom Moisan Architects:

A 14-story and 6-story two-tower mixed-use structure with retail and amenity space on the first floor, approx 372 units and 180 garage parking spaces.

A project at 1331 NW 17th Ave has been submitted for Type III Design Review by GBD Architects:

Proposal is for development of 3/4 block mixed-use multi-family residential buildinig with ground floor parking and one floor of below-grade structured parking.
