Originally designed as market-rate housing for developer Wood Partners, new project owner Guardian Real Estate Services has repositioned Tiller Terrace to be 100% affordable housing. The Goose Hollow building will now include 214 residential units affordable at 60% of Area Median Income.

The Choice Cambria hotel at 135 NW Park Ave was submitted for a Type III Design Review (now approved) by SERA Architects:

The Multnomah County project at 333 SW Park Ave has been submitted for a Type III Design Review by Carleton Hart Architecture:

Accessibility upgrades, expansion of ground floor storefront, window replacement, roof leveling and membrane replacement, and eco-roof installation. New vertical circulation systems are also proposed which will bring the building up to current egress codes. North of the existing building, the current surface parking lot will be converted into a private plaza. This will include bicycle parking, a trash and recycling area, stormwater planters, paved recreation area, and covered seating.

The redevelopment of Kellogg Middle School at 6909 SE Powell Blvd has been submitted for a Type III Conditional Use Review:

Redevelop the entire Kellogg Middle School site. Demo existing structures and remove the debris. Development of vacant field since the property will then be graded and reseeded in anticipation of the redevelopment of the site in spring 2019. The cleaned site will house a new 105,000 sf school structure, off street parking area and bus loop, recreation field, and a limited service access road.
