Construction of two new buildings with interior parking. Commercial retail on ground floor at Division, and apartments above. Second building will be all apartments. (115 residential units -total – between the two new buildings- are proposed.)

Proposal to construct a new 60-90 bed residential care facility licensed by the State of Oregon for 24-Hour Care. The residents will not be driving or own cars that are parked at the site. There will be one common kitchen and one common dining area. No kitchens provided in the resident rooms. The resident rooms will consist of a sleeping area and a private 1/2 bath. Onsite parking is proposed, a trash enclosure and associated site work and landscaping.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by Lever Architecture to discuss the renovation of the Artists Repertory Theater at 1515 SW Morrison St:
Renovation of the existing 18,000sf Artist Repertory Theater (ART) building. The renovation will add new theater, rehearsal, office and support space for ART and a dozen affiliated companies in the ART HUB. The expansion will add a partial second floor and increase the total area to approximately 28,000sf. The existing concrete exterior walls and the east and west bays of existing structure will remain. The central portion of the building will be rebuilt with a higher structure to accommodate a large theater and second floor. The existing covered drive will be infilled with a new main entry and lobby space. The two levels of parking below the main floor will remain. Parking Level 1 will be accessed from an entry in the building along SW 15th Avenue. Parking Level 2 will be accessed from a new entry in the future ART Tower. The building will undergo a full seismic upgrade. Given the existing conditions, the project has limited stormwater options. The project team will review with BES

A building permit was issued to R & B Design Studio for a Habitat for Humanity project at 8120 N Interstate Ave:
Building 1 of 2, to be built on west portion of site. Review with 18-280327-MT (HVAC for building). Three story with partial 4th story, 12 affordable housing units. Entire site Grading and Utility permit 18-280322-UTL-01-CO be reviewed concurrently. Permit for 2nd building to come in after this CO and UTL both issued.
A building permit was issued to Works Progress Architecture for Nomad at 5620 N Interstate Ave:
New construction of 7-story Mixed-Use Building; 2-stories C.I.P. Post-tensioned Concrete Slabs and Columns, 5-stories wood-frame. 6 levels of Residential Units with Amenity over 1 Level of Residential Amenity and Retail. Work to the Retail will be included as part of this Permit. The Overall Buillding Height is less than 75ft.
