A building permit was issued for a residential care facility at 16050 NE Halsey St:

New 2 story, 30 bed residential care facility providing memory care, to be built on vacant lot

A building permit was issued for an apartment building at 3963 N Montana Ave:

New 3-story, six unit apartment building
