Review under code effective 8/1/21. New construction of a 7-story, approx. 55,000 sf affordable residential building (100% at 60% AMI) and associated site work. Drywell and swale stormwater facilities to be provided on site.

A project at 8736 N Willamette Blvd has been submitted for building permit review:

PDOX PS – new 3 story 22 unit apartment building with daylight basement, separate trash and bike parking buildings under 120 sq ft. w/ 21- 064599-MT

A project at 2111 N Rosa Parks Way has been submitted for building permit by West Architects:

PDOX PS – new 31 unit apartment building with associated site work.

A foundation permit was issued for North 18 at 1134 NW 18th Ave:
