A building permit was issued to Doug Circosta Architect for the PUC Affordable Housing Initiative at 4785 N Lombard St:
New 3 story, 20 unit apartment building, includes associated sitework
Really, they’re going to build a 20-unit building (on Davis), not 19?
Development Map updates in St. Johns:
6620 N Richmond Ave is inactive.
7210 N Burlington Ave is completed
8608 N Lombard St is inactive, appears dead (looks like the developer no longer owns the property)
Scratch 8608. That property (now 7373 N. Philadelphia) has several new permits recently approved/under review. Looks like it’s back on! Any way to confirm that it’s the same ‘Central Lofts’ project that was proposed by Jones Arc?
