the block between Burnside and Couch is pretty disappointing. Any ideas why they didn’t opt for a larger building here? Is this site contaminated?
That’s a pretty huge retail space in the middle west block of that multiblock development. Any idea what they are thinking of taking that space up with? A grocer would be wonderful since I think the closest is New Seasons I believe, more than 10 blocks away. That would make those surface parking spots a little less awful. Also not so sure how comfortable I would be living in the blocks between Burnside and Couch, 4 lanes of traffic rushing around those two blocks feels like sharks circling prey.
