15 stories with mass timber? Am I reading that right? Framework was going to be 12…so maybe this is a composite system? Steel or concrete vertical elements with CLT floors? Otherwise it would be a record-breaking structure for this area, and I figure they’d be selling that a bit harder. Sounds like a cool project, and it will be a good addition to the Pearl…but that facade really does need some work…
