We are proposing a 17-story building with a point-tower at the West side of the site that would widen at the lower levels to span the site from SW 20th to SW 21st. The proposed building would be 173¿ as measured from Base Point 2 in Figure 930-7. The pre-app is intended to gauge likelihood of approval of proposed Zoning Map Amendments.

I’m curious, the project at 950 SW 21st, is that slated to rise where the current parking structure is, or do they intend to demolish the tower that currently occupies the lot?
