A building permit was issued to Allusa Architecture for a project at 2434 SE 92nd Ave (previously 9211 SE Division St):
New 3 story apartment building with 15 units, detached trash enclosure less than 120 sq. ft.
A building permit was issued to Novak Architecture for a project with two buildings at 5681 and 5687 NE Glisan St (previously 5663 NE Glisan St):

I see a number of <20 units buildings, even on the same property. Is this the best way to circumvent affordable housing requirements?
