I think NW 13th from Everett to Irving would be an awesome spot for food carts. All the added foot traffic and fewer parking spots may help reduce auto traffic on that road. A few diverters wouldn’t hurt either.
During the weekday lunch hour, critical for the survival of many food carts, there are simply not enough customers near NW 13th to support all of those food carts displaced from SW 10th and Alder.
