It will be interesting to see how well Carbon12 does on the market. The pricing is steep particularly for N Portland, and the interior wood finishes aren’t for everyone. But conversely, there is a major shortage of mid to high rise condos coming onto the market, particularly ones that are close to 2000 sq ft in size. The private elevator and car valet might be enough to get $$ buyers to take the bait.
