3610 SE 29th is in the hollow behind Hopworks brewery on Powell. The three properties including 3610 owned together include the route to get to the parking lot that Hopworks uses that is south of (and below) their brewery. I would suppose that there will be an easement through this apartment project to get to that parking lot. Perhaps in exchange for the easement, taps would be available in the new apartments.
I like your thinking. It may take more alcohol for residents to accept the density that will be Portland in
twenty years or so.
The Dianne is a 535 NW 11th, not NE 11th.
Thanks – corrected the typo.
Does anyone know how to look up the permit reviews? I’d like to see what they have planned for the old Wash World at 28th and Belmont.
Because that’s not in a Design Review area there’s no guaranteed way to see the drawings online before the permit is issued.
