Koz Development have requested Design Advice for their proposed micro apartments at 2161 SW Yamhill in the Goose Hollow neighborhood. The 55’-6” tall building will contain 30 units, with mezzanine sleeping lofts. Exterior materials include brick, metal panel, wood, fiberglass windows and painted steel balconies. No car parking is proposed. The drawings show a secure bike room in the basement.
The site for the proposed building is a parking lot on SW Yamhill St, between SW King Avenue and SW St Clair Avenue. No structures will be removed for the development.
The project will include a rooftop deck for the use of residents.
The project is located King’s Hill Historic District, and Design Advice / Review is therefore done by the Historic Landmarks Commission. The Commission is currently scheduled to offer Design Advice for 2161 SW Yamhill on March 9th.
